WarriorPath

Terms of Service

Last updated · June 15, 2026 · WarriorPath.ai

These terms govern your use of WarriorPath.ai. You will be asked to read and accept them the first time you sign in, and we record the date and time of your acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What WarriorPath is

WarriorPath is a free resource and accountability tool for candidates preparing for the Navy Warrior Challenge — selection for SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Navy Diver, and Aviation Rescue Swimmer (AIRR). It tracks your training progression, lets you log workouts and PSTs, surfaces upcoming division events, and triggers automated reminders when our system sees something problematic in your progression.

WarriorPath was designed to help you. It is an optional program offered with no obligation: no payment is ever collected from you, you are not required to use it to pursue an NSW contract, and you may stop using it or ask for your account to be deleted at any time. There is no fee, no subscription, and no penalty for walking away.

WarriorPath is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Defense or any official Navy recruiting program. It is an independent accountability platform used by Navy Warrior Challenge candidates and the volunteer field assessors who mentor them.

2. The accountability model

The pipeline you are entering does not care about a sick parent, car trouble, or anything else. Meet the standard or leave. WarriorPath enforces the same principle by autofiring reminders when your participation drops, and by escalating to pool removal if you ignore repeated reminders. Specifically:

  • If you have not logged into the app in 14 days, the system will send you a reminder.
  • If you have not logged a workout in 7 days, the system will send you a reminder.
  • If you have not submitted a PST, the system will send you a reminder to submit one.
  • If you ignore three reminders inside a rolling 14-day window, you will receive a Final Warning. If you do not engage within the next 3 days, your account will be flagged for pool removal and your field assessor will be asked to make a removal decision.
  • If you go 21 days without any engagement signal at all (no login, no workout, no PST attempt, no event check-in), your account will be flagged for pool removal regardless of whether reminders have been sent.

3. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and accountability email from WarriorPath at the address on file. This includes sign-in links, weekly recaps, and the automated nudges described above. You can opt out of accountability nudges (but not critical transactional email) using the unsubscribe link in any email footer.

If your division has SMS reminders enabled and you have provided a phone number and consent, you may also receive accountability nudges by SMS. The terms governing SMS are on the SMS Consent page.

WarriorPath also includes direct (one-to-one) messaging inside the app so a mentor or member of program staff can communicate with you individually. Messages sent through WarriorPath are stored and may be reviewed by WarriorPath HQ. This channel is for professional mentoring and program logistics — it is not a private or confidential counseling service, and it is not monitored in real time for emergencies. If you have an emergency, contact local emergency services. For users under 18, in-app messaging requires a parent or guardian’s approval before it is enabled (see “Users under 18” below).

4. Accuracy of information

You agree to keep your contact information current and to log workouts and PST scores honestly. WarriorPath is built on the assumption that self-reported activity reflects reality. Falsified data wastes the time of the field assessors mentoring you and can lead to removal from the pool.

5. Artificial intelligence features

WarriorPath uses artificial intelligence (large language models) to personalize your experience — for example, generating motivational messages, summarizing your training progress, and producing fitness forecasts and readiness scores. AI-generated content is informational only. It is not medical advice, not professional coaching advice, and not an official assessment by the U.S. Navy or any recruiting authority. Always use your own judgment, and consult a physician before acting on training guidance.

Personal identifiers are removed from your data before it is sent to our AI providers. See the Privacy Policy for details on which providers process your information.

6. Users under 18

WarriorPath is intended for users 17 years of age and older. If you are under 18, you may only use WarriorPath with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We collect a parent or guardian’s name and email address at sign-up, send them a description of the service, and require their affirmative approval — recorded with a date and time stamp — before your access is unlocked. Your parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf and may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us, at which point your account will be closed.

In-app messaging for minors. Direct one-to-one messaging is turned off by default for users under 18. Before a mentor can message a minor candidate one-on-one in the app, we email the parent or guardian on file a description of the feature and require their affirmative approval — recorded with a date and time stamp. A parent or guardian may withdraw messaging approval at any time by contacting us, and all messages with a minor remain reviewable by WarriorPath HQ.

7. Account suspension and removal

Field assessors and program leadership may remove your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: failure to meet the engagement bar described above, falsified training data, conduct inconsistent with the standards of NSW selection, or at the request of NSW recruiting command.

8. No warranty

WarriorPath is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that using WarriorPath will result in selection for any NSW program. Selection depends on countless factors outside our control. The training, fitness scoring, and forecasting in WarriorPath are informational tools, not promises.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarriorPath and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. This includes injuries sustained while training to standards published in the app. You are responsible for your own physical safety. Consult a physician before beginning any training program.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. When the changes are material, you will be asked to review and accept the updated terms the next time you sign in before continuing to use WarriorPath.
