SMS Consent & Disclosure

This page describes how WarriorPath.ai uses SMS (text messaging), how to opt in and out, and what kinds of messages you should expect to receive. By providing your mobile number to WarriorPath and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
1. What kinds of messages we send
WarriorPath sends one-way accountability reminders. The system fires a message when our triggers identify a gap in your participation:
- You have not logged into the app in 14 days.
- You have not logged a workout in 7 days.
- You have not submitted a PST.
- It has been 14 days since your last PST and a re-test is due.
- You have ignored three consecutive reminders and are receiving a Final Warning before pool removal.
You will receive at most one message per day. Messages are sent Monday through Friday only. The sender is “Mentor Joel·WarriorPath.”
2. How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number when you create your WarriorPath account or when your field assessor adds it on your behalf during onboarding. Opt-in is recorded in our database with the timestamp and source. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that includes the opt-out instructions below.
3. How you opt out
Reply STOP to any WarriorPath SMS to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation message and then no further SMS. You will continue to receive accountability reminders by email unless you unsubscribe from those separately.

4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. WarriorPath does not charge for SMS, but your mobile carrier may. Frequency varies based on your engagement, with a maximum of one message per day, Monday through Friday.
5. Mobile information sharing
We do not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with anyone except our SMS provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages described above.
6. Supported carriers
WarriorPath SMS is supported on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
