Privacy Policy

Last updated · June 10, 2026 · WarriorPath.ai

WarriorPath.ai (“WarriorPath”, “we”, “us”) is an accountability and training-tracking platform used by Navy Warrior Challenge candidates — SEAL, SWCC, EOD, Navy Diver, and Aviation Rescue Swimmer (AIRR) — and the field assessors who mentor them. This page describes what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to control or delete your information.

1. What we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  • Identity — name, email address, phone number, and the geographic NSW recruiting division you are working with. This is sourced from your application and the Monday.com candidate board your recruiter administers.
  • Training activity — physical screening test (PST) scores you submit or that a field assessor submits on your behalf, workouts you log, events you attend, and notes the field assessor adds about your progression.
  • Engagement signals — when you log into the app, when you log a workout, when you check in to an event, and any accountability messages the system sends you. These signals drive your engagement score and trigger automated reminders when your participation drops below program standards.

2. How we use it

  • To compute your training trajectory and engagement score.
  • To send you accountability reminders by email and (when enabled) SMS from the “Mentor Joel·WarriorPath” system address when our triggers identify a gap in your participation.
  • To give your assigned field assessor and recruiting command an up-to-date picture of where you stand against program standards.
  • To produce aggregate, de-identified reports about cohort performance for program leadership.
  • To personalize your experience with artificial intelligence — for example, AI-generated motivational messages, training summaries, and fitness forecasts. Personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are removed from your data by an automated redaction layer before it is sent to our AI provider; AI-generated content is informational only and is never used to make automated decisions about your standing without human review.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below.

3. Who we share it with

  • Monday.com — our system of record for candidate roster and status data. Maintained by your NSW recruiting command.
  • Supabase — our application database, used to store engagement signals, workout logs, and message history.
  • Resend — our email delivery provider for transactional email (sign-in links, weekly recaps, accountability nudges).
  • Twilio — our SMS delivery provider, used only when SMS accountability nudges are enabled for your division. Subject to the consent terms on the SMS Consent page.
  • Anthropic — our AI provider, which processes de-identified training data to generate the personalized motivation, summaries, and forecasts described above. Personal identifiers are stripped before any data reaches Anthropic, and our API usage is not used to train their models.
  • GroupMe — group messaging used for division event coordination. If you join a division or coaching GroupMe, the phone number you provide is shared with GroupMe (a Microsoft service) to add you to the group.
  • Vercel — our application hosting provider.

Each provider above is bound by their own data-processing agreements and processes the data only on our behalf for the purposes described here.

4. Your choices

  • Email reminders — every accountability nudge email includes an unsubscribe link. Critical messages (sign-in links, status changes) are not subject to opt-out as long as your account is active.
  • SMS reminders — reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. See the SMS Consent page for full details.
  • Account deletion — email joel@fastops.ai from the address on file and we will delete your WarriorPath account within 30 days. Your record on the Monday.com candidate board is controlled by your NSW recruiting command and must be removed there separately.

5. Data retention

We retain training activity and engagement signals for the duration of your active participation in the NSW pipeline plus 18 months, after which the records are removed. Aggregate, de-identified statistics may be retained indefinitely for program-effectiveness research.

6. Children and users under 18

WarriorPath is not intended for users under 17, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17. Users who are 17 may use WarriorPath only with verified parent or guardian consent: at first sign-in we collect a parent/guardian name and email, send them a description of the service, and require their affirmative, timestamped approval before the account is unlocked. A parent or guardian may review their candidate’s information or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, and we will close the account and remove the data as described above. If you believe we have collected information about a minor without consent, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Security

We use HMAC-signed session tokens, transport-level encryption (HTTPS) for every request, and access controls on every database read. No system is impenetrable; we will notify affected users in the event of a confirmed breach as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to this policy

We will update the “last updated” date above when this policy changes. Material changes will also be communicated by email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect.
